I get what it’s like to be a busy parent and have a million things on the go, which is why I want to make booking new appointments and rescheduling as easy as possible for you!

Login to your account HERE to schedule a new appointment or to make any appointment changes.

If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment time OR you will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation will be considered a “no show” and you will be charged 100% of the booked service.

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will not be charged for that appointment.

When you booked your first appointment, you received an email with details of our clinic including how to assess and set up your online account so that you can book and change appointments as needed. If you need further assistance, please contact us and we are happy to help.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate and fit your treatment within the allotted time scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may require you to reschedule and if this is the case, you will be charged the cost of the missed appointment.

It is best to plan for the unexpected such as traffic, feedings, or bathroom breaks so please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Why Do We Have Cancellation and Late Policies?

I value your time and commitment to your health! I try to help as many people as possible that my daily schedule allows often having people on my waiting list needing care. The time you scheduled is reserved for you and no one else. We all have busy schedules and it’s important to be courteous to others as the patient after you may need to rush back to work, get their child down for a nap or run to another appointment. Therefore, please be on time and rescheduling/cancelling is your responsibility. Need to change an appointment? Do so here.
